It’s Wednesday which means it’s time to tell you what we have been up to for the past week! W..W..W.. Wednesdays is a weekly meme bought to you by MizB from Should Be Reading.

What are you currently reading?

Melissa - I am currently fighting a reading slump and have settled on Backwards Compatible by Sarah Daltry. A bit different to what I normally read, but I am loving the geeky references in this and it’s pretty cute. I think it’s an independant book too which will be a first for me! :)

Kristy - During the week I am still reading Fractured Fables by Jim Valentino and Kristen Koerner Simon and I am also listening to Beauty Queens by Libba Bray on audiobook.

What did you recently finish reading?

Melissa - I’ve been pretty crummy at reading any real novels this year. I’ve been reading comics instead… :D I have read Batman: Year One by Frank Miller. I also finished reading Batman: Arkham Asylum by Grant Morrison which was pretty good too.

Kristy - The Scar Boys by Len Vlahos.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Melissa - I need to get back in the swing of things, and so I am not going to commit to a particular book. I think I’ll read whatever I feel like reading next, to help me get back on track. :)

Kristy - I am still debating between Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge and Uninvited by Sophie Jordan.
