Panther by David Owen

I received a copy of this thanks to Murdoch Books.

Life isn’t going terribly well for Derrick; he’s become severely overweight, his only friend has turned on him, he’s hopelessly in love with a girl way out of his league, and it’s all because of his sister. I received this book thanks to UQP. I don’t know if it was a coincidence that I received this book and that it is set in Tasmania ;)

I purchased this to go with my pile of books to get Sarah to sign during her Australia tour.

Strange and Ever After (Something Strange and Deadly, #3) by Susan Dennard

I finally purchased the final in this series. I haven’t read the first instalments as yet, but now I can binge read :) These books have such pretty covers (hardcovers), but I just wish that they stuck with the shimmery paper of the first one, as I think it looks better shimmery than in gloss.

In the conclusion to the trilogy that Publishers Weekly called “a roaring—and addictive—gothic world,” Eleanor Fitt must control her growing power, face her feelings for Daniel, and confront the evil necromancer Marcus…all before it’s too late.

I finally purchased this series! I have listened to them on audiobook, but I need copies on my shelf of books I have read on ebook or audiobook. So I finally managed to get this series, in matching sizes!
