Hello readers!

I am so sorry I haven’t been around much over the weekend. I’ve had so much stress, but like most stories it at least ends nicely. It started when I lost my wallet on Friday night at a bar with my friends. I had quite a lot of cash in there and cards etc. After frantically looking for it everywhere on Saturday, and calling my friends to make sure it wasn’t in their car, I called the bar, and I called the local police to see if it had been turned in. It hadn’t.

So I started the draining task of replacing cards. :(

On Sunday I received a call from the bar saying in fact my wallet HAD been turned in, but they only just realised, and so would I come and collect it. LUCKY me, all my cash was still there!! My cards untouched. Of course though at this stage all my cards have been replaced, so that’s annoying. But so so happy to have everything else back.

That was my weekend!! And now, I have spent the last couple of nights searching for accomodation for my amazing upcoming USA trip in May!

My trip is looking great so far…. my friend and I are flying from Sydney to LA on May 9th - 14th. From there we’re going to DISNEYLAND (!!!!!!!!) for 3 days from the 14th - 17th. Then we’re driving to Las Vegas for another 3 days, through to May 20th where we fly to New York (I am most excited about this!) from May 20th through to May 30th where we go back home. We’re planning a day trip to Boston and another to Washington DC during this time, and a weekend in New Jersey from May 26-27.

I honestly have SO much happening right now that for a few days my site had to take a back seat. I’m so sorry! I am back now though, and whilst I am still booking accomodation and everything else, I promise I am still here. :)
