W..W..W.. Wednesdays

It’s Wednesday, and it’s also ANZAC Day in Australia. ANZAC Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand, to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli during World War I… we use today to remember all of our fallen soldiers in all of the wars fought though. So it seems appropriate that with todays post, before I continue, I want to say:

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
we will remember them.

Lest we forget.

Okay, so now it’s time to tell you what I have been up to for the last week! W..W..W.. Wednesdays is a weekly meme bought to you by MizB from Should Be Reading.

What are you currently reading?

I’m reading The Ask & The Answer (Walking Chaos #2) by Patrick Ness, as well as The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa, which so far is amazing!! Huge, but really good.

What did you recently finish reading?

I last finished Harbinger by Sara Wilson Etienne…. I didn’t love it unfortunately. I really had a lot of hope for it in the first half and then it fell short for me in the last half and I ended up being pretty disappointed.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I received Fated by Alyson Noel today from Pan Macmillan and Green Heart (a bind up of Green Angel and Green Witch) by Alice Hoffman from Scholastic (Thank you!). I also have a bunch of Netgalley ARC’s to read also, so these are my priorities right now.

What is everyone out there reading at the moment?

What do you think?
