Monday Mailbox #19

Good evening readers! I got my pc back - yay! On the annoying side, I got it back without any programs installed, so I am trying to set myself back up. But first things first, I owe you guys two weeks of Monday Mailbox!

Mailbox Monday is a gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week and explore great book blogs. Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

Mailbox Monday is originally hosted by Marcia from A girl and her books and The Printed Page.

Unfed (Unfed #2) - Kirsty McKay

Thank you so much to Scholastic Australia for a copy of this book!

I haven’t read the first book in this series, and I am currently trying to hunt down a copy of it. I love all things zombies so I am certain I am going to enjoy this book also! I am really wanting to get into the first one though before I jump ahead of myself.

Reached (Matched #3) - Ally Condie

I wasn’t a huge fan of Crossed, which was the second book in this series (whilst I loved the first book), but I feel like I ought to see this one through and get to the end of the series. I have heard that Reached is actually a lot better (more action packed) than Crossed which I found quite boring and stagnant. So I am hoping I might be able to get around to reading this soon to find out how this ends!

Meant To Be - Lauren Morrill

Romantic contemporary fiction? Yes please! Firstly, this cover has been catching my eye since forever. :P When I first saw it I thought, yep - that looks good. And so I am hoping it lives up to some of the really good reviews it’s received!

Sounds like a really cutesy, entertaining but light read. I definitely have plans to squeeze this one in soon!

Ten - Gretchen McNeil

This book was frigging awesome (yes I have read it already since purchasing it)! A teen triller/horror, there’s a party on an island, 10 high school kids, and 1 killer. It is an absolute page turner, and I SWEAR I thought I knew who the killer was, and then BAM twist from out of nowhere. I was told there was a twist too, and I STILL had no idea… wasn’t even close. Very entertaining read, and you could basically read this in one sitting. Reminds me of the old Chistopher Pike and R.L. Stein style reads from my teen years!

So that is all from me this week, what did you receive this week? Let me know - leave your links in the comments section below!
