March in Review

Good evening everyone, how has your holidays been so far? I am catching up on some reading and trying to stay warm since it’s definitely now getting cooler in Geelong. I can’t believe March is as good as over! I had a pretty good month considering how busy I’ve been at work and with my course. I thought I was going to fall behind, but I’ve managed to stay on track (just!). I read some excellent books this month. In case you missed it, here’s a recap of the book reviews I posted in March:

Ready Player One - Ernest Cline
When We Wake (When We Wake #1) - Karen Healey
Unremembered (Unremembered #1) - Jessica Brody
Poison - Bridget Zinn
Pretty Girl-13 - Liz Coley
Nameless (Tales of Beauty and Madness #1) - Lili St. Crow
Puberty Blues - Kathy Lette & Gabrielle Carey
In The Shadow of Blackbirds - Cat Winters

8 books read in March! My favourite read this month was In The Shadow of Blackbirds by Cat Winters and Pretty Girl-13 by Liz Coley. Both quite dark reads, but really entertaining and enjoyable! I am hoping for a bigger month in April. Things work wise should have slowed down a little bit so I will have more time and energy to read this month!

What do you think?

  • You read so many of the books I want to read! I want to read Ready Player One, When We Wake, Unremembered, Pretty Girl-13, and Nameless, but I haven’t gotten to them yet.
