Tattoos Inspired By Fiction #10 - Peter Pan
Welcome to another week of tattoos inspired by fiction. This week I’ve been a little cheeky in picking Peter Pan, a classic book. I say cheeky because of course Disney picked this up as an animated movie and so all the tattoos below are really from the movie adaptation - however as this is called tattoos inspired by fiction, I figure this is still definitely passable! I really like some of the smaller ones below.. and this weeks came about because I saw the one behind the girls ear of Peter and the kids flying and it’s stuck with me ever since! Love it. :)
What do you think?
Peter Pan’s one on my list too! Specifically Peter and the Darling kids flying, tattooed behind the ear.
My fave too!!

Peter Pan is one of my favourite books ever!!! All this tattoos look amazing!
If I ever get a tattoo it would be about Peter Pan or The Wizard of Ozz, definitely.
The Wizard of Oz is one we’re featuring in the future, keep your eyes peeled!!
I really liked these tattoos too! Probably one of my favourites that we have featured. :D

Really? Well, then I’m going to wait for it!!!!
Almost all the tattoos I’ve seen are about the movie (which I also love), but very few with the book. xD
This is such a cool feature! I love seeing all these different tattoos relating to books! Can’t wait to see the next one. :)
Thank you!! Plenty more coming. :D

Yay for Peter Pan! A Peter Pan tattoo has been on my list of things to get for a few years now, along with Alice in Wonderland one. Just need to figure out exactly what I want, there’s a lot to choose from. Love this feature on your blog!
You have SO much to choose from! I love Alice too. :D
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for your comment Maria.

The flying Peter pan is my favorite. The one on her finger, behind her ear and on her ribs are my favorites :D
I like those too… they’re quite delicate but still really detailed. You know at a glance exactly what they are. I think that’s why I am so in love with this weeks tatts. :)

I think this is one of my favorite stories since it tells you or reminds you of being young. Ahh I’m such a kid at heart. Anyway, my favorite was Peter Pan and the Darling Kids flying, also the infinity sign and the quote with the star. :)

It really represents being ever youthful doesn’t it? I think that’s why it’s so popular… you can grow old but have a young spirit and that’s how I see Peter Pan. I love the quotes too. :D

I love the smaller ones, especially where the children are flying - not sure I would want anything too big though.
Love this topic, makes me want a literary tattoo myself!!
I wouldn’t want anything too big either… but I like the idea of something small and delicate like Peter and the Darling kids!
