W..W..W.. Wednesdays

It’s Wednesday which means it’s time to tell you what we have been up to for the past week! W..W..W.. Wednesdays is a weekly meme bought to you by MizB from Should Be Reading.

What are you currently reading?

Melissa - I have been pretty bad with my reading this week as it’s peak time of year at work and the only reading I’ve had time for is business cases I’ve had to take home with me to get through. :( However on the bright side, this should be done shortly and by next week I should be back to having time for recreational reading! I have been reading a few comics though as I don’t find that overwhelming - the bright pages keep me interested after reading slabs of text. So I am currently reading Batman - Knightfall, which is a whopping 650 pages, but slowly chipping away at it.

Kristy - Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell.

What did you recently finish reading?

Melissa - Again with the comics. lol I finished Wolverine by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller, which I reviewed last week. I’ve also been reading a few single issue comics here and there, Superman/Wonderwoman, The Astonishing X-Men and Harley Quinn to name a few, but as I usually only review graphic novels (which have about 6 or 7 single issues combined into one big book), I won’t be reviewing these here yet.

Kristy - The Assassin’s Blade: The Throne of Glass Novellas (Throne of Glass, #0.1-0.5) by Sarah J. Maas and Side Effects May Vary by Julie Murphy. I also finished re-reading Finding Cinderella (Hopeless, #2.5) - Colleen Hoover.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Melissa - Dangerous by Shannon Hale is on my list to read next week. :)

Kristy - Definitely Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover. I wanted to pick this one up straight away, but I want to read and listen to this one completely uninterrupted. So I will read this one over the weekend!
