Unearthly - Cynthia Hand Since Hallowed came out, I’ve been really wanting to read Unearthly - so even though at Christmas I try and be more frugal with my money, I went out and bought myself a copy of this book. My Christmas present to myself!Clara Gardner has recently learned that she’s part angel. Having angel blood run through her veins not only makes her smarter, stronger, and faster than humans (a word, she realizes, that no longer applies to her), but it means she has a purpose, something she was put on this earth to do. Figuring out what that is, though, isn’t easy. |

The Way We Fall - Megan Crewe
This book is technically not meant to be released until Jan 24th, however it’s already on bookshelves in Australia. Soooo does that still kind of make it an ARC if it’s not out everywhere else yet? Something to ponder! There’s not much to sell me on this - zombies! Sounds awesome. I did request a copy on Netgalley and was rejected. *sobs* But I ended up getting my hands on this copy technically early anyways. Thanks Dymocks Australia! |
